Passionfruit Tea Cake

2 ozs butter, 1 egg, 4 ozs S.R flour, 2 ozs caster sugar, 3 passionfruit, 1/4 cup milk, pinch salt.

Cream butter and sugar add egg & passionfruit pulp. Add sifted flour, salt alternately with milk. Place in greased 7 ” sandwich tin. Bake in moderate over 375 for 20 mins. When cooked sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve hot with butter. (Ring a recipe – phone no 63051)
