Plum Tea Cake
2 oz butter
1/3 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 cup of self raising flour
1/4 cup of milk
Cut up plums and place on top
Cover with sugar and cinnamon when cake comes from oven
Cream butter and sugar
add egg – then flour
alternatively with milk
Cook (seven inch) sandwich tin
about 4 med. size plums (tinned ones)
